The Athletes Abroad Summit International Ambassador Award

The Athletes Abroad Summit International Ambassador Award - presented by Nevada Consular Corps - honors a distinguished leader who exemplifies excellence in advancing sports diplomacy and fostering meaningful global connections through sport. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to creating opportunities for athletes across borders, while promoting cultural exchange, collaboration, and mutual understanding within the international sports community.

Recipients of this award are visionary leaders who leverage sport as a platform for impact - bridging gaps between countries, organizations, and athletes to build stronger, more inclusive global pathways. Through their leadership, advocacy, and partnership-building efforts, they contribute to a more connected and empowered global sports ecosystem, expanding access and opportunity for athletes worldwide. Three leaders will be chosen and recognized at the 2026 Athletes Abroad Summit. Leaders may self-nominate.

Nominations are open 4/1-4/22.

Award recipients will be selected and notified by 4/27.
